AllesIO HP bündelt 14 pages für Kontakt, Security, Datenschutz, Login und weitere wichtige Seiten für einen klaren, sicheren Webauftritt im Netz.

AllesIO is a personal safety net for people who live alone — especially for people who live with pets. You confirm regularly via check-in that everything is okay. If you miss a check-in, your stored emergency chain can be activated.

Do I need a pet for AllesIO?

No. AllesIO can also be used without a pet. During setup you can choose whether to use AllesIO as a pet owner or as a person living alone.

For people who live alone and want someone to be informed if they can no longer check in. AllesIO is especially useful for people who live alone with pets.

What happens if I forget my check-in?

First, AllesIO reminds you of your check-in. If you still don't respond and the defined conditions for an emergency are met, your emergency chain is activated.

How many emergency contacts can I store?

You can store up to 3 emergency contacts.

How does the emergency chain work?

Contacts are notified one after another. Contact 1 → 60 minutes → Contact 2 → 60 minutes → Contact 3. As soon as a contact confirms they're taking care of it, the chain ends.

Are all three contacts notified at the same time?

No. Contacts are intentionally notified one after another. This gives your most important contact the chance to respond first.

What happens if no one responds?

If even the third contact doesn't respond, the contact chain carried out automatically by AllesIO ends. AllesIO itself cannot alert emergency services or other authorities. Important: AllesIO does not replace an emergency call or professional emergency services.

Can I test the emergency chain?

Yes. With the test alarm you can check whether your setup and notifications work. A test alarm is not a real emergency.

Can I store multiple pets?

Yes. You can create unlimited pet profiles.

What information can I store about my pet?

For example: name, species and breed, vet, medication, special needs, location, important notes.

Why is pet information important?

If something happens to you, your emergency contacts will know that someone also needs to care for your pet. The stored information can help them quickly recognize what's important.

Can I use AllesIO if my pet doesn't live with me?

Yes, as long as the pet feature makes sense for your personal situation.

What does AllesIO cost?

You can try AllesIO free for 7 days first. After that, AllesIO costs 3,99 € per month or 39,99 € per year. All features are included.

Is there a free version?

No. After the free trial, AllesIO is paid. There is no separate free and premium version.

Are there any feature restrictions?

No. All intended features are included in the normal AllesIO access. This includes the emergency chain and unlimited pet profiles, among others.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, provided the cancellation is made via the options available in your account or in the payment process.

What data does AllesIO store?

AllesIO processes the data required for the features you use. This can include your contact details, check-in settings, emergency contacts and — if you use the pet feature — information about your pets.

What happens to my pet data?

The information you store about your pets is processed in a protected way and used exclusively in connection with the intended AllesIO functions.

Does AllesIO sell my data?

No. We don't sell your personal data.

Can I delete my data?

You can have your account and data deleted in accordance with the intended functions and applicable legal regulations. You can find more information in the privacy policy.
